The hotel has a fantastic staff that truly embodies New Orleans hospitality, making guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. The location is central and convenient for exploring local attractions. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be better, as our room was not serviced properly during our stay, which was quite disappointing.

The room was spacious, but we found dirt on the carpet and hair in the bathroom upon arrival. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned during our stay.
